Teachers should be passionate about their job and responsibility and that is what inspires kids to learn and gain an interest. You I’m afraid just don’t cut it. Please care more about your students.

You are too comfortable, wearing jeans, so sloppy. You should try to look more professional, and stop chewing gum in front of the class. I bet you even smoke in front of your students. I’ve been an ESL teacher in Vietnam for 2 years, & I’ve seen them come & go, & I think you’ll go soon.

chewing gum??.. Some teachers try to be sooo cool for the kids, in fact, you’re sending the wrong message. You’re not there to be cool with the kids, you’re there to be a role model, a teacher, and in some situations, even a parent.

that’s not a good strategy for a teacher to send a student outside just because he’s noisy.

I’m an ESL teacher in Québec. My student’s first language is French and I have NEVER seen such class climate…how can anyone learn…AND the activity is pointless and CANNOT be used anywhere….terrible….”uhm, if you just finished a book, or just want to practice”…WTF, who’s going to do that…really!
